  1. Notes on File Clerk...

  3. This project started as an attempt to get around the system 
  4. resources problem in Windows 3.0.  I wanted quick access to data 
  5. files from the Program Manager, but I didn't want a seperate 
  6. icon on the desktop for each file. Thus the need for File Clerk.

  8. Obviously the resources problem is not so acute in Windows 3.1, 
  9. but I still find the quick access to files handy.

  11. I welcome your feedback on ways I can improve the code, or 
  12. suggestions for enhancements. I plan to add the ability to select 
  13. multiple files and use multiple filename filters. Let me know if 
  14. you think of other ideas.
